SMALL SHOOT (1–5 People)
Duration & Rates:
• Hourly Rate: $500/hour (minimum 2 hours)
• Half-Day (4 hours): $1,800
• Full-Day (8 hours): $3,600
• Conditions:
• No disruption to other guests
• Only handheld or small tripod
• No exclusive use of common areas
MEDIUM SHOOT (6–15 People)
Duration & Rates:
• Half-Day (4 hours): $2,500
• Full-Day (8 hours): $4,500
Conditions:
• Must book at least 2 rooms for shoot usage
• Limited noise & lighting restrictions apply
• Must provide public liability insurance
BIG SHOOT (16+ People)
Includes: Full motel access (all rooms & common areas)
Duration & Rates:
• Full-Day (8 hours): $6,500+
• Overnight & Multi-Day Shoots: Custom pricing
Conditions:
• Requires a full motel buyout
• Production insurance required
• Site visit & pre-approval required
